Keith Nurse

Keith Nurse is the President of the College of Science Technology and Applied Arts Trinidad and Tobago. He has worked as Senior Economist and Advisor on Structural Policies and Innovation at the OECD Development Centre in Paris. He is the former World Trade Organization Chair at the University of the West Indies where he served in multiple capacities. He has also lectured in international relations and economic development at the University of Ottawa in Canada. He is an expert member of the UN Committee for Development Policy. He currently serves as an expert member on the Framework for Cultural Statistics, UNESCO Institute of Statistics.

He has published widely on trade policy, digital economy and the creative sector and has worked as a consultant and advisor to several international and regional agencies and governments in Europe, North America, Latin America and the Caribbean and Africa. He is the Chair of CaribbeanTales World-wide Distribution Inc. and co-founder of the CaribbeanTales Incubator. He is the executive producer of the docudrama “Forward Home: The Power of the Caribbean Diaspora”.
